Hey, I'm finally getting started with Flash after my 3 years here at NG. I have pretty much no skill whatsoever, and my mic is currently broken and I plan to get a new one soon. Any ideas from decent Flash creators on what I need to do as far as basics? The NG tutorials aren't really doing it for me...
